Favorite THings

Two of Jack's most favorite things in the world right now are his auntie Annie and anything to do with trains. Soooo, last Thursday we combined the two!! Annie, Jack, El and I took a little city adventure on the MAX train. It was so great....who knew that a day long MAX trip could provide hours of entertainment for a 2 year old. We hopped the train in NE, rode over the Steel Bridge, saw tons of real trains, boats, the Broadway Bridge lifting up, people, bikes, and on and on! Once we were downtown, we rode the "trolley" (as jack calls the streetcar) to the big library for Book Babies, then to Starbucks for a snack, and then rode the MAX back to NE. What an adventure...I was utterly exhausted and had Annie to do most of the Jack work :) It's so amazing to watch these little people develop and discover. Thank you Annie for coming with and having such great energy and love for your nephew.
