Tyee, Jack, and I decided it would be nice if we took the "grammies" to the coast for a couple of days. We went to Manzanita, and I of course rented a house that was sight unseen, but close to the beach. Lets just say, old and rustic beach house = smelly, freezing, small, and not super baby friendly. We made the best of the situation, put the grammies up in the Inn at Manzanita, and still had tons of fun. It was rainy and freezing but we sat by the fire, played Scrabble, and had lots of laughs. Jack even slept through the night, both nights!! We are so lucky to have help and love from the best grammies in the world!

Grammas rock, and Jack has two of the best. Glad you guys had such a great trip to the beach. Love the pics.
sung to the tune of jack's favorite song:
"this is what the grammies say: we love jackjackjack..
and this is what momma and dadda say: we love
jackjackjack... and this is what EVERYBODY says: JACKJACKJACK/WELOVEJACK/WELOVEJACK...
hobbility, hobbilty, ho!"
Loved the pics from the coast... those look like two happy grandmas!! You are very lucky to have them close to little Jack as he is growing up. Memories captured of time well spent :-)
